Kevin is the founder and principal of VOCX Consulting.

Kevin is an accomplished and high performing leader with over 14 years international experience in senior leadership roles delivering business transformation strategies focusing on enterprise transformation and customer excellence in various industries including retail/service, finance and banking, energy and utilities, Fin-tech, R&D, logistics, education and healthcare. Kevin has a reputation for helping organisations and enterprises define their strategic direction, improve their customer experience, become more innovative, optimise their performance and successfully execute their projects. He has been fortunate to consult and advise some of the most admired organisations in the world.

Kevin’s broad experience and expertise in business transformation has helped his clients achieve their goals by delivering large scale complex business transformation initiatives. Kevin increases business performance through strategic planning, creates efficient cultures and customised processes that drive innovation, improves key business processes leading to customer excellence.

His deep knowledge and experience in business transformation, project management and business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile has enabled Kevin to support organisations undergoing major transformation. Kevin also holds a PhD in Operational Transformation, a Master of Science in Information Technology.
